in Little Theatre/Rm 235
"A Midsummer Night's Dream" follows two main plots: the romantic entanglements of four Athenian lovers and the antics of fairies in the forest. The lovers, Lysander and Hermia, Demetrius and Helena, are manipulated by Puck, a mischievous fairy, with a love potion, leading to confusion and mistaken affections. Meanwhile, a group of amateur actors rehearse a play, and the fairy king and queen, Oberon and Titania, also get caught up in the magic. Ultimately, the magic is reversed, and the lovers reconcile and marry, while the fairies bless their unions.
